I’m Jennifer R. Povey, an author of science fiction, fantasy, and occasionally horror, copyeditor, proofreader, and RPG designer. Phewf, that’s probably enough hats (especially as at least one of them is a pith helmet at any given time).

I live in northern Virginia with my husband, Greg, and an extraordinarily large fern. Yes I’m bisexual. Yes I’m married to a man.
My primary fandoms are the classics – Doctor Who, Star Trek, Star Wars, and Babylon 5, but I dabble in almost everything. I’m not going to give favorite authors because I have too many and some of my friends might wonder why they are being left out!
I ride horses and play video games as hobbies and I read more than anyone should be allowed to read. You can read some of my reviews here.
